Tour Description

Our first sightseeing point is Cumalıkızık Village (The villages of the region, which are squeezed between the steep foothills and valleys north of Uludağ, are called “Kızık” because of this location. In order to distinguish the villages from each other, the one close to the stream was named Derekızık, the one who gave ransom was named Fidyekızık and the village where Friday prayers were performed by going from the Kızık villages collectively was named Cumalıkızık) and then we move to Uluabat Lake. We start to visit Uluabat Lake from Gölyazı Village built on its shore. After drinking our tea under the 450-year-old plane tree in the village square, walking through the narrow cobblestone streets and walking among the historical city walls, 

We are moving to Trilye. In Trilye, an old Greek settlement, we have lunch after visiting the Fatih Mosque, the Arched Church where the walls were painted for the first time in history, the Dündar House (Yohannes Church), an old church building, and the Stone School( Taş Mektep), which was previously built as a Seminary and served as a school until the 1980s. 

After lunch, we start our return journey after a shopping break for Trilye Olives, one of the best table olives grown in our country. We leave you, our esteemed guests, to the points where we pick you up and say goodbye to you to see you in another Brano Tour organization.
